My Favorites. Back into Blogging.

I have not been writing in here in recent times because I feel most of what comes to mind is far too trivial and I put off writing anything too epic or involved because I find it hard to sit at my computer for any extended period of time. I've become FAR too active. I'm hoping to correct this for 2010.

So I'm just going to bite the bullet and blog about whatever is on my mind until I can get back into writing something of real substance.

Something that has been bothering me lately is the fact that most of the people I care about live in different states. It's rather frustrating. I don't think I'll ever actually be able to see all of my loved ones at the same place at the same time. That's kind of a depressing thought. I think if it were to happen it would be some huge miracle. Maybe when I get married one day I can wrangle all of my loved ones together but that is really the only foreseeable time where they could ever all be together, that and perhaps heaven?

I enjoy adventuring and I definitely don't have a boring life, but sometimes I wish I had grown up in one place in a small town where everyone I love lived together in one blissful utopia.

I'm also a very organized person, so it bothers me knowing that all the people I care about can never been completely organized together in one place. It's unsettling. Which shows me just how ridiculously OCD I am. It's hard for me not to get hung up on this.

I hope that one day at least the vast majority of my love ones will be in the same place. Or perhaps I'll have enough money that I will be able to visit each of them as freely as I choose. I guess I just have to let God lead me in the way in which He wants me to go and trust that if these people are supposed to be in my life He will provide ways for me to keep in touch, get together with, and be near them.

I'm moving to California for 8 months the day after tomorrow. Just another adventure in my ridiculously unsettled life. I shall try and enjoy the ride.

What to Expect from My Blog...

Since I'm in the beginning stages of this blog...let me just say a few words about what to expect fro my blog. I'm a senior in college about to graduate--I'm excited about life and all the possibilities it has for me. This is my journey into adulthood, into the real world, while still holding onto my child-like/innocent personality.

I'm all about all things positive: positive living, motivation, hope, dreams, morality, family values, encouragement, good clean substance free fun, redeeming the time, making the most of my situation, purity, staying young, living life on purpose, stepping our of my comfort zone, living an epic life, finding the good in every situation, keeping an open mind, trying new things, and just about anything else that has defined me as eternally optimistic. I'm a Christian, I'm obsessed with Disney, and I love Full House. This is where I'm at, These are the things I love and endorse.

I plan to write many blog posts that will either be in the form of ideas on how to improve, brighten, or get motivated your own life or merely happenings from my life that I hope will be an encouragement to others as they follow me through my journey.

My First Post!!

Hello Blogging World!

Well...I was in mid-conversation with my overly technologically advanced family a few days ago and the subject of blogging came up. I engaged in the conversation just barely enough not really paying too much attention when it HIT ME....WHY don't I have a blog!? I used to be obsessed with blogging back before it was such a normal thing. I was ahead of the game and now somehow I've missed the boat! So I decided to grace the blogging world with my presence yet again for the first time in almost three years! My last update was on Xanga in April of 2006!

So here I am...I'll try to keep everyone updated as I struggle through my last semester in college and try to figure out what to do with my life...hopefully it will be an epic journey :)

Take a look at my previous blogs....there's no telling what kind of blackmail can be found in my countless entries....I shutter (and chuckle) at the thought.
